RETURNS
Product quality is paramount to us when placing orders, each doll is carefully checked and inspected before shipment. If you believe your doll was defective or damaged at the time of delivery, please let us know ASAP. Where applicable, we will arrange a refund and / or refund of the purchase. Note: We don’t accept returns if your doll has been used.

In most cases where damage has occurred you will either have a full refund or we will ship a full replacement at no extra cost.

MISSION
Each doll requires approximately 2-3 weeks prior to shipment. We ship via FedEx / UPS by air freight which takes approximately 4-7 days. In total, you will receive your child approximately 3-4 weeks after placing the order. You will receive an email notification with tracking details after your child has shipped.

More shipping notes:

  • Shipping is FREE on all orders.
  • Your shipment will require a signature upon delivery.
  • If you cannot be home to collect your package, you can keep it at your local FedEx / UPS office for pickup.
  • For orders outside the US, your country may charge a small import tax as soon as the shipment reaches customs. This fee is the responsibility of the customer.
  • Orders are shipped in confidential, unmarked boxes. It is well sealed and protected both to keep your baby safe and to protect your privacy.
